Noticed Mucus In Stool, Headache,bloating & Diarrhea

very good evening, I have been experiencing yellow, mucus stool, bad headaches, bloating, violent diarrhoea worse in morning for quite a few months, does seem to clear up. Try anti-diarrhoea tablets things improve and then symptoms continue. Whats going on.

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Symptoms of yellow mucus stools with violent diarrhea in the morning, headache, bloating for a few months is indicating that you need a proper clinical evaluation, examination, opinion of a Specialist and investigations as follows:
Tests of stool for three consecutive days.
Tests of blood, particularly CBC, thyroid, diabetes.
Ultrasonography.
Colonoscopy and biopsy.
All these will lead to a probable diagnosis and give a plan of treatment - which may be :
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole.
Probiotics.
Identifying the instigating or enhancing factors and avoiding them altogether.
