Noticed Problem To Maintain Erection And A Frequent Urge To Urinate & Mucus In Stools

Hello Doctor I am having a number of problems.. First i am having a hard time maintain an erection or even get one. I have frequent urge to urinate. My bowel movements have changed. When pooping i do notice white mucus For maybe 2 weeks i had discomfort when pooping

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of number of problems, namely hard time in maintaining and erection, even getting one, frequent urge to urinate, mucus in stool and discomfort.
As per the history these may be related.
The frequency of micturition may be related to urinary tract infection and may be causing prostatitis which in turn may be causing problem with erection.
Mucus in stool may be due to amoebiasis or colitis, which in turn is also a reason for erectile dysfunction.
I would advise you the following:
Tests of stool.
Urine tests: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of blood.
Ultrasonography of whole abdomen.
Therapeutic trial of an antibiotic active against urinary and intestinal infection.
If no relief further tests of colonoscopy, CT scan and further treatment may solve your problems.
