Noticed Semen During Urination. Having Issues With Sex And Ejaculation. Should I See Doctor?

Hello Dr. I just urinated and after I felt like I had some more so I pushed a little bit and semen slowly came out. I am cut. Have been for 4 years now, 33 and have never had issues with sex or ejaculation. This is the first time and it freaked me out. I even took a picture so I could show my Dr. Is this something that I should see a Dr. asap?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

You must see a doctor if the following hold good for you.

1. You have had unprotected sex with a partner whose sexual health is not known.
2. You are having accompanying symptoms of itching, paining and burning during urination.

If it is likely that you might have been sexually excited at that moment then it can be considered as normal.

Hope this helps
