Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCm.
The condition you have described seems to be Urticaria or hives. Its a common allergic condition leading to transient red itchy bumps anywhere in the body and sometimes associated with swelling over lips and eyes. The cause of allergy could be external agents like food, medicines, pollens, dust, perfumes etc and internal like infection anywhere in the body, thyroid conditons, diabetes, autoimmune conditions etc. If i were your dermatologist, i would take a through history with proper clinical and laboratory work up. Would start you on different class of antihistaminics and other medicines as required. Regular follow up is necessay for proper management. Apart from this, i would advise to keep note of specific things which could be triggering your allergy.
Hope this will take care of your query and wish you best of health.
Thank you
