Noticing A Strong Burning Sensation While Urinating

Hi I have resently been going through some weird changes. Every time I peed it only hurts when I'm finishing and its a strong burning pain. When I went to wipe myself there was a weird orange clear discharge. Why is this happening ? What is it ? And how can I cure it ?

There is nothing much to worry about this condition , this condition can be due to urinary tract infection so start urinary alkalizing syrups , urine routine investigation will be required.
