Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM
This is quite usual to have infantile colics in babies. and usually cry in the evening and in late night.
It is quite unlikely that the baby develops colicky when you eat non veg food.
Antispasmodic drops are availble in the market like colicaid etc will help in relieving the symptoms.
But still if you feel that this happen even after the antispasmodics then better you should avoid the precepating factor as you mentioned.
Hope the query is answered.
Thanks
