I have been having swollen and tender toes for about 4or5 months now. It started on my right thumb. On the pad beside my nail. Not a nail problem. Definatlt in the epidermis. Then it started happening to several of my toes. The second one on both feet, the third one on the left one, the fourth on the right......its in the pad of the toe and the tips. Not the nails or the joints. Its very tender and hard to wear shoes. What can it be?
