Numbness, Black On One Side, Spreading. Played Softball. Anything To Worry?

I was playing softball yesterday morning and I dove into first base. I am a very big women over 300 lbs. I kept playing that day like 5 more games. At night it was black on one side and completely numb. This morning the blackness has spread to all over my knee. But I am walking on it just fine and only feel tightness. It is still numb and slightly swollen but it is black. Should I be worries?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The blackness and the tightness is suggestive of an internal bleeding within your knee joint. You need to get it examined and if there is an increase in swelling go for MRI scan for proper diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
