Numbness In Hands And Legs. Needle Pain. Remedy?

Hi, I have been experiencing numbness on my hands and legs for almost a year now. Sometimes it feels like needle pokes. There was ones when one of my finger could not move at all as if it got stroked. I visited an acupuncture doctor for a month and it got well. I also have been going to a korean physiotherapy where I lie on a heat bed for about 45mins a day. These past few months I've only been going for 2 to 3 days a week unlike previously 5 days a week. Please help me, the numbness and needle poke a likes get worst everyday.

The numbness and needles sensation in the hands and legs could be due to a vitamin B 12 deficiency, electrolyte imbalance, diabetic neuropathy, thyroid hormone disturbances, etc. Proper investigations will help in detecting the cause.

You have not stated your age, gender, personal habits, family history or co-morbidities
This may be peripheral neuropathy(Diabetes is typical / nerve root irritation (Spondylosis is typical example) / at times vasculitis...
You should see a Neurologist / get examined / may be investigations are necessary...
