Numbness In Right Leg, From Knee To Ankle, Last 10 Hours

my right leg is numb from the knee to the ankle on the front part of the leg mainly. It has been numb going on 10 hours now. Should i be worried?

It could be sleeping or sitting in wrong position leading to nerve compression. I do not think that you should be worried though as soon it will recover. If it recur again then you should start taking pregabalin and Methylcobalamine. Usually this type of sensation can occur due to vitamin B 12 deficiency.
