Numbness In The Legs And Hands. Not Able To Sleep. What Could Be The Cause?
My legs and hands go numb at night causing me to get very little sleep as i keep waking up to have to move my hands and feet. I have had a ultra sound and there is no blookage. It also happens if i sit still for to long they go numb. I am finding it very had do exercise i do dancing if i can not solve this problem i will need to give it up have you any other ideas for this problem
