Numbness On The Feet And Legs, pins And Needles Pain In The Feet. Concerned About Heart Disease. Family History Of Heart Attacks

I sincerely thank you in advance for any guidance or recommendations you may be able to provide. I am 48-years-old, and my legs and feet have started to go numb on me. It's almost like a bubbling sensation sometimes, and my left shin goes numb. I also have sharp pin-like stabbing pains in my feet and other parts of my body. I'm concerned about this being a heart issue, as both of my parents passed away at the age of 51 due to heart attacks. I do feel breathless at times. I have a fair amount of job stress, and spend too much time at my desk or traveling by air. Thank you again for any guidance you may be able to provide.
