Often Feel Anxious, Heart Rate Increases, Bite Nail, Loose Concentration And Hard To Sleep. Is This A Kind Of Anxiety Disorder?

Hi, I'm 15 and I think I have an anxiety disorder. I often feel on edge for no reason, I swear and my heart rate increases. I also feel sick. I bite my nails right down until they bleed and don't even realise I'm doing it, I often lose concentration and find it hard to sleep at night. I've had a couple of what I believe to be anxiety attacks but until I'm diagnosed I can't say anything for certain. Thank you.

Yeah
Thank you for coming in HCM.
The symptoms what you have said certainly indicate some sort of ANXIETY DISORDER.
It may be GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder) or may be Panic Disorder.
However these are completely curable with medicine and proper social support so dont worry just consult a Psychiatrist as early as possible.
BEST OF LUCK.
