Okay For Child To Swallow Cough Drop Whole?

My 7 yr old swallowed a cough drop whole on accident. She seems fine, breathing I gave her bread in case it was stuck lower in the chest. Should I be worried, she said it feels like it''s in her chest, like food stuck but she is breathing fine, anything else I should do?

Greetings of the day

Majority of the cough syrup contain sedative. The only problem rat can occur is excessive sleeping. There does not appear to be any other problem including fear of the syrup impacted in chest.
Rest be assured there is no cause for concern.
