On Azathiprine For Ulcerated Colitis. Nauseous All The Time. Related?

I am on 150 mgs of azathioprine for ulcerated colitis. I have been on it since November. I am nauseous all the time.
I am wondering if it isn't caused by this drug. I just stopped taking prednisone which I was on since last year July until a week ago. It can't be the prednisone which I initially thought it was since I am now off of it and still nauseous.
What are your thoughts on this. Thanks!

friend it is due to azathioprine,u should take it after meal to reduce nausea. do not stop taking prednisone, u should take it in minimum dose(usually 5 or 7.5 mg), reducing the does of azathioprine (if possible) can work and also take some proton pump inhibitors(omeprazole or pantoprazole) with these,i think by these efforts u can get rid off your nausea. thanks.
