On Cap.cefspan, Still Has High Fever, Abdominal Discomfort, Typhi Dot Positive. How Long To Cure ?
Cap.cefspan has been started since four days.....the patient still has fever 3-4 times a day....around 99.6....pt. is having abdominal discomfort too..... typhi dot came about to be positive 3 days back.. leukopenia on lab report.....it s been around 3 weeks since the beginning of the symptoms....how long will it take for the symptoms to subside...or is there a need for I V antibiotics like rocephin ...
