On Nexplanon. Flutter In Stomach, Constipation, Blood In Stool, Rectal Bleeding. What Could This Be?

Hi my name is dominque. I am 19 years old and have been on the nexplanon birth control for the past month. But for the past 2 weeks I have been feelings flutters in my stomach . Sort of like something is rolling around in my stomach. I ve also been really constipated. Bleeding in around my stool . Bleeding around my rectum . And bleeding coming out if my rectum. What could this be? Could I be pregnant?

I think you may developed side effects to Nexplanon. It is best to consult your doctor he may advice counter medication or change contraceptives.
