On Orthocyclene. Have Bleeding, On Pill. Controlled Diet. Now Spotting. Skipped Placebo Pill. Discharge Like Mucus. Suggestions?

i have been on orthocyclene for two years..had occasional break thru bleeding nothing big, started on ace weightloss pill beginning of june and super careful about diet have lost 20 lbs great, but now spotting about half the month, so by the time i am supposed to start i am done so i have skipped placebo pills last 3 months, now discharge is like muchas...i quit the ace 2 weeks ago and did a pregnancy test it was negative, am i ok or whats next

Hi,
Your symptoms suggest a hormonal disturbance. The change in weight has made your hormonal milieu to get disturbed and has perhaps resulted in the abnormal bleeding pattern. This should settle down in a month or two. You are not likely to be pregnant, but, if you wish to exclude/confirm pregnancy, you should get a blood test done. I would ask you to see a gynecologist for a complete evaluation and see if you need any supplementation. Hope your query has been answered. Take care.
