On And Off Burning, Painful Rashes On Inner Thighs. Relief With Desitin. Suggest

i have a serious question..i have 2 rashes in my inner thighs right were my privet part is and im not sure what it is? it doesnt itch it just burns and hurts...i have been putting Desitin on it and it works but every now and then i get it in the same spot and im just wondering what could cause it? it looks and feels like a rash.

Hi, it appears to be the fungal infection, probably ring worm. It should be treated, completely, so that it may not recur.
I to my patient with such symptoms,prescribe grisofulvin 500 mg BD, anti oxidants, and steroid combination ointment. Thank you.
