On And Off Deep Burning Ache At Left Thigh Below The Buttock, Stabbing Pain In Lower Legs. Had Left Hip Bursitis. Guide

I have had a deep burning ache at the back of my left thigh for some weeks now, starting just below the buttock. It comes and goes but is very uncomfortable when I sit down. I have absolutely no back pain and never have had a problem with my back. About 20 months ago I had a left hip bursitis which is now much better. I also get the odd brief stabbing pain in my lower legs. Comes and goes very quickly.
