On And Off Fever, Infection In Bladder Being Treated With Cipro. Terrible Chills, Projectile Vomiting After Having Eggs And Medicine. On Tylen. Opinion?

I have had a fever that comes and goes for 3 days it has been up to 102.1 then at some point goes to 98.4. I also have a UTI or bladder infection and was given cipro. I took one yesterday AM and one last night and I had some scrambled eggs shortly before I took the pill and while I had terrible chills went to bed and then had a one time projectile vomiting (just once. Felt almost good this am then about 5 pm my fever spiked again. I am taking tylen and tryimg to drink a lot of fluids what is going on?

Thank you for the query.
Fever is constant in uti if it is severe like pyelonephritis. Ciprofloxacin is the drug of choice in these cases and as you have took this tablet only one day it is not sufficient to treat your infection. You need to complete the course to get better relief.Thank you.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Urinary tract infection ( U T I ) develops fever with chills and rigor.
Scrambled eggs ( if infected or poisoned ) develops fever with chills & rigor.
In your case vomiting also present , so this may be due to either above mentioned condition or due to hyper acidity produced by Ciprofloxacin .
Tylen ( paracetamol) also develops nausea and vomiting in few patients.
Get in urine examination complete culture as well tests.
Consult an Urologist and get treatment.
