On And Off Rashes On Shoulders, Spreading To Hands, Raised Mole. History Of Sunburn. No Itchiness, Pain. Serious?

Hi,

I got sunburned over a year ago really badly on my shoulder and since the summer a rash has developed just on that shoulder. It doesn't hurt or itch its just blotchy but goes away sometimes and comes back in the same pattern. I have noticed it is starting to come out on my hands as well. Any idea what it could be and if I should worry, there was a mole there to that has now risen up further than before.

Hi, it appears that it is not the mark of sunburn, it may be a fungal infection, some times becoming active. some times it is becoming dorment, and with out symptoms. to prevent relapses, it should be treated, till it is cured. So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.Thank you.
