On And Off Sensitivity Around Buttocks And Vagina, Burning In Edge Of Urethra While Urinating. Have Spinal Stenosis In Back, Dilated Kidney. Any Ideas?

Have recurrent sensitivity (like when you have the flu and your skin is sensitive)- around the buttocks, vaginal area and labia. A couple of times just have that off and on. Other couple of times, have a burning at the edge of the urethra when the urine passes by it. It doesn't hurt after voiding or before voiding. I asked my doctor about herpes but she said I would have known the first time I ever had it. I also have a dilated kidney that will be investigated with a CT IVP scan in a couple of weeks. This sensitivity in the buttocks, labial area is weird- lasts about a week and goes away. I wondered if it was related to severe spinal stenosis in my back at lumbar/sacral area. That sensitivity started after a bad respiratory flu almost a couple of years ago. I also do NOT get swollen lymph nodes near the genitals.

Hi,
You have given a good & exact information about your problem.
The sensitivity around buttocks,labia & vaginal area that you have does not seem to be due to the flue you had in past or the dilated kidney .
Most probably it is due to the spinal stenosis . it presses on the nerve roots supplying the affected area /lumber spondelosis.
Please get yourself rechecked for the spinal condition.
Many a times regular ( physiotherapy) exercises with B complex supliments help to be symptom free.
Ayurvedic treatment (cow urine) claims to be effective in many patients.
For severe symptoms surgical treatment can be used.
