hello and thank you, I'm post-menopause, have had on an off spotting.. recently having constant blood in my urine, no pain urinating. - not responding to antibiotics, distended, have RA, they refering my to urologist. I think it is just typical of inflamation and don't want scope done. also have unexplained bruising and bone pain but figiured that is part of ra? have had much long term difficulty with moving food through my airway.. recent dental image shows air way half the size of normal adult.

Post menopausal spotting always need investigation & should never be dismissed unless proved to be benign by a Gynecologist.
Blood in urine is also a grave sign & your doctor did a right thing by referring you to urologist for work up. You should follow him.
Regarding your swallowing problems; this is also a grave sign & may represent sever underlying pathology. You should see a surgeon for help.
