On Antibiotics For Recurring Urinary Infections. Take Necessary Precautions. Why It Is Happening?

I have been going to the Dr. for over 2 years for recurrent urinary tract infections. I am put on anitbiotics to treat it. I take the meication as told by my Dr. Soon after I have completed the medication I get another uti. Symptoms are usually a strong urine smell and an extreme sense of urgency to urinate. What is going on? I know how to wipe after using the bathroom, I void after intercourse, I do not douche, I drink plenty of water.......Please help

Thanks for query on HCM.
I think you have to go for complete investigations first like cbc,urine routine/micro and c/s,fbs,ppbs and usg abdomen.
Start proper antibiotic according to urine c/s report.
In tra muscular injections of gentamycin,amikacin will be helpful.
Take plenty of liquids.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
