On Birth Control. Swollen Breasts, Spotting. Had Unprotected Sex. Pregnancy Chances?

I am 17 years old and I am on my second strip of my birth control pill, I finish today (Sunday), I am also going on my first 7 day break while been on the pill. Its been about 4 and a bit weeks since I had sex without a condom, just the protection of the pill, my boyfriend pulled out before he came. Recently my boobs have grown, and are tender. At the beginning of the week I was feeling a bit sick, but that has now gone away. My boobs are slightly tougher then normal. I also have been a bit winding as well. Today I think I had some spotting which was very dark, but just one bit, no more. I have been worrying about this for a while now, can anyone help?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
The possibility of pregnancy is less.
As you were using the pill at the time of intercourse and there was no ejaculation.
The symptoms you are using could be due to the contraceptive pill.
And also the spotting you have seen could be due to the withdrawal effect of the pill as you are going to finish the pack.
So you observe the spotting, possibly that will turn into menstrual flow.
If the spotting seizes and the symptoms continues, you once go for pregnancy test.

Take care.
