On Concerta, Intuniv, Prozac For ADHD. Can We Give Vitamin C?

My daughter is 7 and has been taking Concerta , Intuniv and a small dose of Prozac for the last month to treat her ADHD . She is starting to get a cold or sinus infection (her younger sister just had this). Normally I would give her a hefty dose of vitamin C but I am concerned about that interacting with her medications. What can I give her to help her with her cold symptoms until we can get to the doctor?

common cold is mostly viral in origin,give her warm fluids,steam inhalation should also be done.
continue with all the medication for ADHD.in case her symptoms get aggravated take consultation.
