On Dukan Diet, Very Dark Urine, Looks Like Blood. Sign Of Infection?
i am a female on the dukan diet ... for just over 8 weeks now. my urine is very dark, and for the past two days i have been thinking that perhaps the beginning of my period has started to find out that it hasnt and its actually what looks like blood in my urine... but it is only in the mornings... is this a sign of infection?

Dark colored urine can be a concentrated urine also means if you drink less water then the colour can be darker
Other causes can be due to B complex intake
Get your urine complete examination to see pus cells , RBCs , bile salts and pigments
Get your Liver function tests done
