Hello doc,
Iam 65 year old male. iam diabetic and hypertensive since 22 years and is on regular medication.I have been operated for cholelithiasis and cataract 5 years back. Recently i hadgone for a general check up and i got TMT positive for RMi in II,III,avF . but i do not have any symptoms ever.Iam on Glycomet -GP2, amtas-E,disprin.Kindly suggest me further what to do

You are doing quite well and you seems very understanding and responsive, good,,, for further work up you can go for echo test just on routine basis, I would like to advise you fro regular exercise, and one very important factor and that is stress keep your self away from this, take care and enjoy the life, your further question will be answered have nice day.
