On Opiates, Mathamphetamine. Which Is The Best Way To Decrease The Amount Of Withdrawals?

When you have been on opiates for more ON, than NOT using) for 2 years, and methamphetamine every day for 2 weeks, what is the best way to decrease the amount of withdrawals? ,I have no medical at this moment and don't want to go down the hill of suboxin (Sp?) and or methadone, what are over the counter meds,vitamins etc that can help also my options are open to a prescribed med but none of the above spoken of.thanks A.H.

Hello,
It is very difficult to avoid withdrawl symptoms after using medicines like opiates for many years but a patient approach can make you withstand these withdrawl symptoms.
Reduce your drug by 10% at a time and take it for 4 weeks and then again reduce it by 10% and take it for 4 weeks.
Keep on repeating this process.It shall definitely take some time,but you would come out of it without facing much trouble.
