MEDICINE NAME :- 1,OXOTIM( 100 MG ) , 2-SKYTAM( PIRACETAM 800 MG ),3-DECAFOL, 4- DECAFOL THE REPORT OF CT SCAN IS THAT - SMALL HYPODENSITY IN THE CEREBELLAR HEMISPHERE AND THE LEFT PARAMEDIAN BRAINSTEM LIKELY REPRESENTING AREA OF GLIOSIS RATHER THAN RECENT CONTUSION . IN VIEW OF THE YOUNG AGE THE PATIENT NEEDS FURTHER WORKUP. PLZ GIVE ME THE SOME DESIGION,

patients age not mention,though young so stroke in youyng is very important to through work up.serum lipid profile ,blood sugar,homosystein,lypoprotein small A etc to be checked....
