On Sensa Diet. Weight Loss, Eating Less, Intake Of More Water. Any Success Stories?

Hi, I am a member now. I'm 6 ft, 205lbs and wife and I decided to try Sensa on their promotional offer. We think we are eating less now and we drink water when we get a little hungry. I am down to 198 and have only 3 lbs to go for goal.
Are there others here that have had success with Sensa?
Sensa has plenty of testimonials but would be interesting to hear what others have experienced; good or not so good. Thank you

hello,
thanks for using health care magic

Weight loss requires a lot of determination and calory restriction.

Sensa is said to trick the brain to think that the body has had enough

thus reducing intake by causing early satiety. The producers of sensa

have however reported success stories but then peer reviewed studies

to confirm are limited or lacking.

What is essential in loosing weight is if your choice of plan works rather than

whether it has worked for others.

Best regards
Dr Achuo
