On Skinlite Cream For Acne Treatment. Rashes And Itching When Stopped. Side Effects?

I hope you are doing fine. Actually, my acne treatment is going on for past three years.At the start of th treatment, my doctor recommended me 'Skinlite' and the effect was awesome. Now the treatment is going on but, whenever I stop using skinlite,I get rashes and itching.When I start to use it again its affect very good. Now i want to know, is there any harm or side effect to continue skinlite.

Hello."Skinlite" is a drug whose components are tretinoin,hydroquinone and mometasone.It is very effective to treating of Acne but your continued use for months causes the appearance of importants side effects.
Especially the effects can be serious mometasone derivatives.Mometasona
is a topical corticosteroid.Continuous use produces local side effects such as:
skin atrophy,striae and vasodilation.Systemic effects-less frequent than local
side effects but more serious- may also occur,result of absorption and blood concentration of the drug;causing diabetes or osteoporosis(among other effects)
Accordingly,you must go to your dermatologist and he,surely,the drug replaced by another of lower risk with continued use
