Most probably your symptoms is not related to pregnancy. But your period is late by 10 days,so pregnancy should be confirmed if you have strong doubt. You can do urine pregnancy test at home. Two vertical lines on card confirms pregnancy. Period may also get delayed due to irregular period.so you don't worry and go for UPT. If your problem is persistent then you should consult your doctor.
