On Treatment For Osteoarthritis. Changed Medicines. Developed Constant Back Pain Radiating To The Chest. Suggestions?

My wife has been being treated for osteoarthritis for the past year and has been taking methotrexate . The doctor she saw last week took her off this med and put her on diclofenac . Yesterday she developed severe middle back pain which radiates to the chest. ( no difficulty in taking deep breaths) She is in constant pain. What s your opinion ?
