On Treatment For Pulm Sarcoidosis, Have Severe Headache, Nausea, Back Pain And Low Grade Fever. Normal MRI, LP. What Could Be The Cause?

I ve been experiencing severe headaches, nausea , vomiting , severe back pain , low grade fever for the last 4 days. I ve been to the er 2x for mri and lp and everything keeps coming back negative. I can t function and don t know what to do....help I am currently on prednisone and backrim due to being diagnosed with pulm sarc

I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering.
As brain MRI result is normal you don't have reason to worry too much.
You should consult your neurologist and start treatment to dominate your headache and you will be fine.
