Hello and welcome to HCM
Pain and tenderness in both breasts and no lump point to the dianosis of Fibrocystic disease of the breast.
Fibrocystic disease is a hormone responsive disorder which is chatacterised by fibrous and cystic change in the breast. The pain increases during menstruation. Treatment includes oil of primrose (one that is prescribed to you) and also hormones- progesterones.

Thanks and take care
