Ongoing For Over 1 Year Now. I Have What Appears

Ongoing for over 1 year now. I have what appears to be threadlike worms (1" to 10") in my stool, coming out of open sores on body, I've had long squiggly red lines running across my stomach, hips, pelvic area that moved (very very slowly) and has left the red lines scarred into my skin, I'm coughing up what looks like worms I've had excessive weight loss, diarrhea, nausea staph infections. I've got no medical insurance and go to the E.R. and the doctors think I'm crazy. They send me home with an antibiotic and NEVER take any blood or fecal samples. They don't test my skin. I'm getting sicker by the week and I want to call it quits. What can I say to make the doctor listen to me and believe my real live "monsters inside" me episode? My wife is exhibiting a deep.cough aND coughs up weird looking things too now. We can't afford a specialist. Help please!
