Orange Coating On Tongue

My 2yr old son has an orange coating on his tongue Hi my 2 years old son has an orange coating on his tongue, it has been there for about 2 weeks now, he is not poorly in anyway, but he is hardly eating any solid foods, just wants to drink milk? Am getting concerned now as he must not be getting a balanced diet with the nutrition he needs, but i cant force him to eat. Any help welcome

orange color tongue indicate some nutritional problem ,it may be seen in repeating vomotting case,but ur son has no history.
keep his oral hygiene clean.
give him balance diet ,fruit juice do well
give him plenty of water
