Orange Colored Blood With Menstrual Cycles. Hormonal Imbalance ?

I have been experiencing orange colored blood with my menstrual cycles for quite some time now, Ihave seen that it could be anything from anemia to incomplete shedding of uterine lining, to infection. My questions are , if it is due to infection wouldn't i have other typical s/s of infection such as fevers, fatigue, etc?. Also if the lining isn't shedding completely, is this a hormone imbalance that can be corrected with supplements or replacement therapy? I am 40 y/o and believe I have started with some peri menopausal sx.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
All the possibilities suspected by you are correct. You need a gynecologist's consultation, along with transvaginal scan & few hormonal tests like TSH, & D2 FSH & E2. After proper diagnosis only treatment possible. Consult a gynecologist as early as possible.
Wish you good health.
Regards.
