Oval Sized, Movable Lump At Base Of Left Shoulder Blade And Armpit. No Pain. Have Scoeocis, Pain In Left Shoulder. Any Ideas?

I have a oval size lump - moveable - non-painful - at the base of my left shoulder blade and armpit. it doesn't hurt but I'm concerned, could it be fibromyalgia or cancer? I have scoeocis (sp) and my left shoulder blade hurts a lot because of it. I just noticed the lump and it doesn't hurt. Do you know what it could be?

Hi, it appears to be the cyst, so long it it is not growing enormously you need not worry, but as the area is paining it might be that the grouth is over the nerve and causing pressure over it. In that case it is to be removed.
So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you.
