Over The Last Couple Years I've Had A Few Instances

Over the last couple years I've had a few instances where I had the sudden and strong sensation that I was falling. It has happened while I'm awake. Once while I was driving and once when I was at work. I hear a rushing sound in my ears and my stomach drops out like I'm dropping through the floor suddenly and after it stops I feel dizzy and disoriented. I have also had strong pain and sensitivity in my scalp located in the front, left portion of my head, near my hairline. Anything touching that area of my scalp, including water from a shower head or wind, is very painful.
