Hello,
welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Thanks for your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

For all of my arthritis patients, my initial advice is to reduce weight! reduce weight !.
Thus i advise you to reduce weight by proper physical exercise and life style changes.
Heating pads or ice packs may help relieve arthritis pain.
You can use heat pad for about 15 minutes for every 4 to 6 hours.

Consult an physiotherapist and follow his advise regarding physical activity.

Hope this helps.
Please reply for further queries.

Regards,
Dr.Manjeth kumar.G
