Over Weight, Not Able To Walk Long Distances. Started Water Walking. Recommend Diet Plan To Lose Weight.

Hii I am a 40 year old lady and I weigh about 100 kgs. Desperately wanting to lose weight, but am not able to do so, because of lack of consistency and inability to do much exercise. I start huffing and puffing, if I start walking, so am not able to walk long distances. What diet plan do you recommend, which will help me lose weight and help me reach the target of 60 - 65 kgs. I have just started water walking for at least an hour. Will it help?

Hello,
Yes you are right.It is very difficult for a person weighing 100 kg and doing exercises with vigour and without any trouble.So whatever exercises you are doing now is good for you as it shall Create a habit in your body to exercises.
Get tested for hypothroidism.
As far as diet is concerned follow certain simple rules like ....
Avoid deep fried foods
Avoid junk foods like pizza,burger noodles etc
Avoid sweets snd sugary drinks
Take more of protein and less of carbohydrates in your diet by eliminating bread,pasta,sugar etc.
Take more of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
See what happens to your weight and if you still not able to shed weight,then take a help of a professional dietician who could monitor your daily diet and take a help of a physical instructor for guiding you in your exercises schedule.
