Iam 19, going to college, my problem is that iam too fat, my height is 5'2', iam 86 kgs, iam plumpy since my child hood. All the people tease me and call me fat girl. I embarrased by this. I need to become slim. I heard lot of medications are there to reduce the weight. I need to know about them, and can i take them on my own.Will it causes any side effects. I need to shed down my weight at any cost

As you are young ,its very easy to loose weight because you have lots of energy and will power.so start low fat ,less calorie diet. avoid sugars, fried and eating out.
start regular early morning jog and exercises. go to gym . drink lots of water daily. it takes time to come into shape,so need to have patience.
Dont try medications for weight reduction as they do have lot of sideeffects. physical workout is the best remedy.

NEVER BE IN A HURRY TO REDUCE UR WEIGHT..we cant reduce our weight overnight...it requires planning..u may restrain urself from eating for one or two days at the max for one week...but...again we will start having double the quantity.... here are few tips to follow1]DIET first reduce oily foods,iicecreams,choclates and junk foods by only 10 percent...and then reduce day by day but never restrain urself abruptly from having ur favourite food .2]EXERSICE involve in any physical activity which u like...may be games,walking,swimmimg,gardening just for 5-10 min per day..increase the time of activity...according to ur comfort...increase 5 minutes per week...for atleast 30minutes - per day..plan for atlaest one month and then see the result...by checking ur weight...initially u will reduce 2kg/month .....3]MEDICATION:there are few drugs like sibutramine....which are called anorectics,benfluorex which is an appetite suppresent...i being a doctor ..i never suggest those medications ...because of their sideeffects...4]SURGERY; coming to surgery LIPOSUCTION is the most popular surgery done now a days..but even it is a risky job...and it should be done only when other methods of weight reduction have failed....

over weight is a big problem these days.and you are really victim of over weight.but to reduce the weight is not so simple as you are thinking.you can not reduce your weight by medicine it has lot of side effect.
I personally advice you for work out untill you sweat, and reduce your diet.this is the best way to burn excessive calorie.its really working.

i was very much thin and active. after i became a banker all my problems started. my weight doubled in four months. problems also doubled. my stools were hard and at times it was very painful also. my tummy is so big it has many folds. one day as part of corporate health check up i was told my blood pressure is very high. i am taking tablets for that. the world around me spins some times. i have pain in the back. cant sit at one place. my bottom hurts. my face has become round and my tummy is hanging from my back. i look ugly. i go to doctor they say its because of my over weight. reduce weight they say. for that i need to stop eating, but how.i love eating. i cant stop. i cant imagine a day without pizza, nutties .my drawer always contain cookies. how to avoid them. but my weight is also high.is there any easy method to loose weight without exercise and diet restrictions.
You can see a doctor, may be you need some tests to be done. My friend was also fat later she was found to have thyroid problem, later she was given some medications. Now she is ok
please dont go for any wt reducing medications, they have lot of side effects, the doc said even sexual health is affected. my ht is 5.3 and wt was 66 kgs, doctor said i am obese, the reason for my obesity was high cholesterol. my good cholesterol levels were low and bad cholesterol levels were high, then they put me on cholesterol reducing medications Atorva 10 mg, then i started reducing the wt. i did some strict diet restrictions like avoid fatty foods, splcy foods, junks foods and carbonated drinks. i didnt get time for exercise. but my wt is 59 kgs, i have reduced 7 kgs i feel more relaxed now. try with diet.
Iam 24 years and i was weighing 80 kgs. I was very upset regarding this, every one in the college were teasing me. I went to VLCC and reduced my weight around 10kgs.
