Overweight, Back Pain And Breast Bone Pain. Taken Aleve. Why Is It Getting Worse?
I am a 67 yr. old female a bit overweight but otherwise healthy. I was doing yard work and I ran into a cement table which at the time felt like I stabbed myself. Not wanting to stop I put it out of my mind. The next day I started having pain on my back left side right below the breast bone. I took aleve and did the ice pack for 12 minutes. The problem is it is getting worse. I am able to see pointed bruises on my left back side. Is there anything I can do other than going to Dr."s Thank You
