Overweight, Have Stomach Cramps, Delayed Period. Taking Norethisterone. What Does This Mean?

Ive been taking norethistorone for quite a few ones now just for 1 week to control my perionds all has been fine until now I should have started my period Wednesday but haven't I have stomach cramps I am 43 years old 5 foot 4 and weigh 61kgs is there any reason I should not come on there is no way that I am pregnant that I know for sure any advice would be great

norethiosterone is hormone that controls menstrual cycle.
by taking this tablet you might have altered regular course of menstrual cycle . it may take some time for body to respond to hormonal changes.
wait for one week by then not having periods consult doctor
