PCO, Had No Bleeding, Depression. Stopped Diane. On Primolut. Why The Pain?

Hi Dr.
I am 43 and my hight is 4.8" and weight is 66kg . I have doegnosed by Overian polycyst and was taken Dian for a long time ... 2 months ago my dr stopped dian as it is band in my place and also because it was over 10 years I was taking it in raw to regular my cycle she gave me promolut-Nor 10 mg I shall start to take two per day from day 14th of my period to day 25th. the first month after I stop it takes 3 days and I got my period ... my period was always 6-7 days but this time it took only 3 days. then I start the second cycle of the primolut and after I stop ( this is second months) I got my period after 6 days and it was only one day in the evening of second day I had no bleeding at all not even spot. the difference in second month in my life style is that as I had a gallbladder attach I am under the medication for that it is antibiotic and pain killer and its over one month I am taken them ...I am nervous and stressed these days too, do you have any idea why my period is not completed as it is not only the bleeding which is stop and I am ok I have all the depression and even pains which I do have normally before and first few days on my period yet only no bleeding.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
PCOD is often associated with irregular bleeding patterns. The irregular cycles need to be regularized with the help of hormonal pills that you are already taking. The pain can be due to a side effect.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
