PCOS, Severe Bleeding With Lots Of Clots, Pain In Legs And Back. Ovary And Uterus Bulky. Endometriosis ?

Hi, I have pcos and was diagnosed with this about a year ago, for the last five weeks I have been bleeding (a regular occurrence) but this time it s been very sever with rather a lot of large clots. The last week and a half I have been in significant pain, where I am unable to move and can t help but cry with pain that goes down my legs and into my back, in my left side where I believe my ovary should be, however I have had several pelvic and internal scans which can t find my left ovary. I have been told that the right ovary and my uterus is rather bulky could this be endometriosis? I am also tired, exhausted and very emotional. Just an added note there is/was no chance of pregnancy as my husband has had a vasectomy.
