PCOs. Small Follicle Size, Not Enough To Mature. On Injections For Egg Growth. Any Way To Manage Hormonal Imbalance Without IVF?

HI, I am of 30yrs old and suffering from PCOs. I had undergone Laproscopy 2 weeks back. Now during my current cycle the follicles size are very small not enough to be matured. I am being injected for egg growth on 9th and 11th days and egg maturation on 12th and 13th day. But not sure abt the names. Is there a way to manage the hormonal imbalance without going to the next step of IVF or ovary transplantation? Is this ovary behaviour continues even after Lap? Please advice. Any suggestions will be very grateful.
